This week’s Bible superhero is Daniel. Even when threatened with danger and probable death Daniel held to his convictions that our God is the only true God and that He is all powerful and all merciful. It is comforting to know that Daniel’s God is our God, too, and that He watched over us always.
Our butterflies have emerged from their cocoons. We’ve enjoyed watching their wings get stronger and their introduction to flowers. We’ve also got 3 pet fish right now.
This week we are learning about birds. We’ll discover that different birds have different beaks by Divine design. We’ll try eating like a bird, and I think discover that it’s not easy. We will also try our hand at making bird nests. I wonder if our nests will hold together as well as a robin’s nest??
Pastor Mark taught the children how to make pinch pots out of clay. Now they are painting their creations for a Mothers’ Day surprise.
