"Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants." Deuteronomy 32:2
It would be foolish to plant a seed and expect instantaneous results. Although some would prefer such an easy option, we know that nurturing a seed requires commitment to the growing process and a firm belief that the seed will become the plant it is intended to be and bear the fruit it is intended to bear.
At Our Redeemer we are seed planters. We have the responsibility of planting the seed of the Word of God daily into young hearts. We have the privilege of watching the children grow and mature in their faith.
Jesus life, death and resurrection assure us of forgiveness, joy and eternal life. We respond to this Good News with a heart full of love. These children daily experience the joy that comes from knowing Jesus.
Our “little plants” are growing well fed and watered by God’s Word, taught by teachers who model the love of Jesus.
