With Thankful Hearts
God opens His hand and continues to pour His blessing on us. He more than satisfies our every need. We have so much to be thankful for at Our Redeemer Preschool and Kindergarten.
*We have a God who loves us!
*We have a Savior, Jesus, who died and rose again to forgive our sins!
*We have a dedicated staff teaching, loving and serving children and families!
*We have parents ready and willing to support and help!
*We have students eager to learn and grow!
We are so blessed with the things we need to make life comfortable and enjoyable.
As we approach the Thanksgiving season may our lives be filled with praise and thanksgiving to our gracious and merciful God. The Lord delights in giving us all good things; let us worship Him with thankful hearts.
It is a tradition at Our Redeemer to prepare Thanksgiving Food Baskets to distribute to families in need in our local community. Church and School families donate the food and the children prepare a holiday greeting and a prayer of thanksgiving. The baskets are assembled and delivered in time for folks in need to enjoy a bountiful Thanksgiving and more.
We celebrate our mighty God as we continue with Bible stories from the Old Testament.
Throughout November we will follow the life of Abraham. God called Abraham to move to a new land and promised him descendants more numerous than the stars in the sky. God kept his promise to Abraham and Sarah and gave them a son in their old age. We are reminded again that we have a God who keeps His promises!
Pre-K and kindergarten classes will be learning a bit of history as we explore the time of the Pilgrims. We’ll be doing some cooking and having some “turkey fun”.
Each day Kindergartners read, write and practice math. Confidence is soaring as their skills improve. Pre-K kids and 3’s and 4’s Preschoolers practice their writing and cutting skills each day and are proud of their emerging skills. They explore, build, puzzle, and build each school day.
Nov 9 – Parent Conferences with kinder and pre-k families

Your beautiful children are a blessing each and every day. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Rejoicing with Thanksgiving,
Dear 3’s Families,
The 3’s preschoolers love to play, listen to stories and practice their ever growing skill with school tools. They are eager to see their friends each school day and they are learning to care and share. During November they will have the opportunity to assemble projects following two and three step directions. The preschoolers are proud of their accomplishments and so are we.
Dear 4’s Families,
Each 4 year old can recognize and write his/her first name! We celebrate their budding literacy skills. This month the 4’s will also learn about the Pilgrims and the first Thanksgiving.
