Pastor Patrick Rooney
Senior Pastor
Pastor Patrick has served Our Redeemer since October 2019. He leads our congregation in worship, biblical teaching, and discipleship while providing compassionate pastoral care. His heart is to help people know the grace and truth of Jesus and grow in their faith.
Pastor Patrick can help you with:
- Questions about faith, the Bible, and following Jesus
- Pastoral care, prayer, and spiritual encouragement
- Baptisms, confirmations, weddings, and funerals
- Visiting those who are homebound, hospitalized, or in need of care
- Bringing Holy Communion to shut-ins and others who are unable to attend worship
- Connecting with worship, Bible studies, and church life
- Learning more about membership at Our Redeemer
Office Hours:
Available throughout the week. Friday is Pastor Patrick’s regular day off.
About Pastor Patrick
Pastor Patrick joined Our Redeemer in October 2019 after serving eight years as a pastor in Bend, Oregon. He and his wife, Kari, met while attending Concordia University Irvine and have three children. What he loves most about Our Redeemer is its warm, welcoming, and faithful community that seeks to be a blessing to others. Outside of ministry, he enjoys history, reading, board games, exploring the outdoors, cheering for the Dodgers, and just about any sport that uses a ball.
